• fixed key tab label bug -- broken with recent Chrome browser update
  • was bug that had labels printing on 2 labels
     
• calendar confirm icon    *USER REQUESTED
  • when adding 'conf' to anywhere in appointment description green C icon appears on calendar useful when confirming appointments via phone / text / CRM such as Service Intelligence
     
• added alert function to workflow settings page
  • ​​​​​when selecting alert available per technician will flash red if tech is not punched on a job and/or is not punched on top job
     
• added Open Jobs enhanced view
  • turn this on with extension popup setttings "Open Jobs View" highlights repair order NOTES and displays all services if NOTES field is populated
     
• when printing oil stickers
  • defaults cursor to oil description or mileage
    • DID YOU KNOW, if you add 'OV_' as your first characters in your oil brand it will default the oil description
      example: OV_5w30 Mobil | OV_0w20syn Pennzoil
       
• opening work_orders with inspections that have findings now expand all by default
   
• opening Workflow with dispatch defaults to correct view
  • no longer seeing *unable to display this page for dispatch view
     
• when saving workflow settings
  • added 'Saved Settings' message

When a customer approves items but does not submit with a signature approval, a message will appear on our screen that he has "pending approvals with the total before signing" --often forgotten

Starting today work orders in edit mode show (Gross Profit) sections blurred.
Simply, mouse over (Gross Profit) areas and it shows after a short pause.

This feature is default with our Supercharge View.

We have updated the look and feel of adding canned jobs.

• Highlight jobs related to vehicle being searched
• Bring vehicle related jobs to the top of the list
• Enhanced look for parts / labor total areas
• Lower right window movement feature -to see behind window
  • Decrease opacity for background views

Top area is Ultimate Extension / lower area is Native Shop-Ware
